On the advice of a friend I took a ride out to Camp Scheideck in the Los Padres
National Forest. He told me of a magical place
where you could stumble from a bar to your campsite.
I took the ride out and it was a pretty rad spot. If you are ever
riding over the 33 north of Ventura, I recommend you stop off
and have a beer. Super friendly place and its a sweet location.
The locals told me they had "extreme midget wrestling" and a
music festival last year. Midgets are scheduled to return. Sweet.
