I ran by Bill's house cause he told me he had the Starliner home from the paint shop. Im really diggin the color on this car! Its a '55 Buick color I believe, or something close to it. Hes got a pretty stout 460 to power it too. Once he has the interior done and most of the final assemply completed, its going back to the paint shop for a final rub and polish. The pickup is one hes been building for the last few years for his dad. It was pretty rough when he started. It was painted SHIFTHEAD brown with house paint and a roller brush! Hes done quite a bit of work to this truck, including the Y-Block under the hood. Ive been trying to talk him into lowering it and throwing some Bias-Plys on it; not gonna happen... His dad is gonna be STOKED when he gets this truck!
